Verrutop® is an advanced treatment used to target verrucae by gradually drying and breaking down affected tissue while leaving the surrounding healthy skin intact. Applied by a trained professional, it offers an effective non-invasive option for many stubborn verrucae. Clinical studies have reported clearance rates of around 90% within six treatments, although individual results may vary.
What to expect
Treatment is provided in the clinic and begins with an assessment to confirm that Verrutop® is suitable for your verruca.
The programme consists of 6 bi-weekly treatments, which must be paid for in advance before treatment commences. Whilst many verrucae respond well to treatment, complete clearance cannot be guaranteed and some cases may require additional treatment following a suitable break.
